Surita and Shar Mansukhani bring more than three decades of combined experience across luxury hospitality, nightlife operations, live entertainment, artist relations, event production, and VIP guest experience.

As longtime owners and operators of successful entertainment and nightlife venues in Chicago and Los Angeles, the sisters have overseen all facets of venue operations—from staffing, security coordination, entertainment programming, and event execution to artist hospitality, VIP services, and high-touch guest relations.

Throughout their careers, Surita and Shar have produced and hosted events for internationally recognized musicians, entertainers, professional athletes, and industry leaders. Their experience includes working with legendary artist Prince, Michael Jordan and members of the Chicago Bulls, as well as athletes across the NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL. Their relationships within the entertainment world have been built on discretion, professionalism, trust, and an ability to deliver exceptional experiences for high-profile guests.

Born and raised in Chicago—the birthplace of House Music—Surita and Shar developed an early connection to music and nightlife culture that became foundational to their careers. They have worked alongside respected DJs, performers, and entertainment professionals while helping build and operate vibrant nightlife destinations.

Their understanding of the music industry also extends beyond hospitality. As recording artists, Surita and Shar were signed to PolyGram Records and BMG, giving them the uncommon perspective of having worked on both sides of the entertainment experience: as artists themselves and as venue owners and operators responsible for welcoming talent and audiences.
